We are a thriving graphic design and 3D animation agency seeking a skilled Telesales Executive with a proven track record in cold calling and B2B sales to target USA-based businesses. The role is commission-driven, with an aggressive goal to convert 200 clients within 4 months for our premium design package priced at USD 4,999/month.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to businesses and companies in the USA, presenting our high-value graphic design package.

2. Lead Generation: Secure at least 500 interested leads per month through effective communication and persuasion.

3. Sample Distribution: Send free design samples to potential clients to demonstrate the quality of our work.

4. Conversion Goals: Achieve a minimum conversion rate of 10%, closing 50 clients per month and reaching a total of 200 clients in 4 months.

5. Client Relationship Management: Maintain a professional and engaging rapport with prospects to build trust and loyalty.

6. Data Tracking: Keep accurate records of leads, calls, and sales conversions for performance evaluation.

Requirements:

Native-level English proficiency (USA preferred)

Proven telesales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Familiarity with cold calling techniques and B2B sales strategies

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and stay motivated by results
