Telemarketer

Job Description: Telemarketer We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients over the phone to promote our nutrition and wellness programs, answer queries, and schedule appointments. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce and explain our services. • Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and professionally. • Provide detailed information about our nutrition programs and address client concerns or questions. • Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system. • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for promotional campaigns and feedback. • Follow up with clients post-appointment to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback. Qualifications and Skills: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in spoken and written English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus). • Persuasive and confident speaking abilities. • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software (preferred). • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is an advantage. • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
