Design of an Electric Cargo Bicycle

I'm looking for a professional bicycle designer to create plans for an electric cargo bicycle. This bicycle will primarily be used for personal transport, with the ability to carry cargo as well. It should be a walk-through design.
Key Features:
- High Cargo Capacity: The design needs to accommodate a significant amount of cargo without compromising the bicycle's balance and handling.
- Lightweight Frame: The frame of the bicycle should be lightweight yet sturdy and durable enough to withstand mixed terrain.
- Underseat battery storage+ storage space in front beam of the cycle+ front basket
- Place to keep the feets during journey if pedals are not desirable.
- Basket in front, in behing carrier with a seat that also doubles as cargo holder like a box seat opens also back rest at behind and front seat.
- Height of the cycle should be enough to avoid brakers on indian road.
Terrain: The bicycle will be used on mixed terrains – from urban streets to off-road trails. Therefore, the design should ensure it can handle a variety of surfaces without compromising performance or safety.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in bicycle design and engineering, particularly with electric bicycles.
- Experience in designing for mixed terrains.
- Knowledge of materials and technologies that can help achieve a lightweight yet durable frame.
- Ability to create detailed frame nomenclature for the design.
