I'm looking for an experienced PHP developer to make some changes to the LIS report format and add billing feature. The adjustments need to be made primarily in the header and content fields, with the footer remaining untouched.
Header Changes:
- The header will require new elements to be added, alongside modifications to existing elements and the removal of some elements.
Content Fields Adjustments:
- The content fields will need new fields added, existing fields modified, and some fields removed entirely.
Billing Feature:
- For every report bill should be generated on behalf of patient report.
