Enhance WebRTC in C with NodeJS

I'm seeking an experienced C and NodeJS developer to efficiently develop new functionalities and bolster performance on a C-based WebRTC implementation in a remote administration tool.

Key areas of concentration will include:
- Modify the WebRTC implementation to use a custom screen capture source. Instead of capturing the display buffer the operating system uses, implement a method to capture the screen at a lower level, possibly by directly hooking into the video hardware. This might address the manipulation of the display buffer and the screen capture blocking, as it doesn't rely on the standard screen capture APIs.
- Integrate WebRTC's rendering pipeline directly with the graphics hardware, bypassing the standard display driver. Accessing the GPU directly makes it possible to capture the frame before it's interrupted or altered by the display driver. This requires deep integration with graphics API (like DirectX or Vulkan) and might involve writing custom shaders to capture the screen content before the display driver processes it.
- Create a virtual display adapter that acts as an additional monitor. The remote administration software would control this virtual adapter entirely, unaffected by system-level calls that alter the primary display. WebRTC can be modified to capture the output of this virtual adapter instead of the physical screen.
- Utilize low-level API hooking to intercept calls to the display driver or display buffer. This approach involves intercepting system calls and either modifying their behavior or capturing data before it's altered. By doing so, you can capture the original screen content before the exam software overrides it.
Skill requirements:
Proficiency in C, NodeJS, API integration and WebRTC are prerequisites for this project. An understanding of remote administration tools will also be beneficial. Experience in designing intricate features and increasing software performance is greatly appreciated.
