Project Scope: The ideal candidate will be able to:
API Integration: Develop integrations with our partners’ APIs to access and manage their services, ensuring compatibility and reliability.
Centralized Backend Design: Build a modular, microservices-based backend architecture that efficiently handles multiple API calls and consolidates partner offerings.
Unified Dashboard for Customers: Design a REST API that supports a customer dashboard, where users can log in, access partner services, manage their subscriptions, and view usage metrics.

For the development stack:
1) Node.js (express) seems a good choice. If your system has extremely high usage like thousands of requests per second then I will recommend going for either a Go based backend or Rust based backend.
2) Database: If the data is too much relational then we can go for a RDBMS like Postgres or MySQL....if data is not much relational then we can use NoSQL (document based) database like MongoDB.
Cloud Hosting: AWS is a good choice to deploy custom backends...it has a nice and easy networking support too that can connect multiple machines so we can deploy microservices on multiple machines
