Webpage Code-Snippet Wizard

I want to hire someone to build a similar working clone of their wizard webpage, so I can create the video code snippets without having to go to their website. That way, if they upgrade their video player OR if they remove their wizard website, I will still be able to create video code snippets using my clone webpage. THIS WEBPAGE IS FOR MY OWN PERSONAL USE. The webpage you make will include Steps 1-4 (Step 1 has a drop-down for different type of videos/audio code snippets), and you can include their right sidebar (which are links to their website in case I ever need a tutorial or forum help; the sidebar links should open in a new browser window). I don't really need their header. Please note how everything changes depending on the drop-down selection in Step 1. (note: I added "javascript" in the project skills, but I don't know if that is needed or not; I was only guessing).
