Create/configure Facebook Chat Bot

We have a Facebook business page that receives many messages a day but most of them are very similar.
It's now time that we introduce a proper chat pop to perform as many customer service tasks as possible.
I just want someone to set up our messenger bot properly.
I can send you all the common questions and answers etc. and just need you to work out the flow and ensure it's all working properly.
We also have a messenger widget on our website.
