I'm seeking a professional who can design an electric actuator motor control system to prevent damages due to flooding, specifically by controlling a channel penstock in a river bed.
The control system contains the following parts:
A)
AUMA multi-turn actuator SA10.2
Type: F10-B3-3Ph-400V-50Hz-32U/min-6-8-IP68-KS
(See datasheet and description in project's attachment)
B)
JUMO NESOS R20 LT, Level transmitter via float
(See datasheet and description in project's attachment)
Key Requirements:
- Design of an electric actuator motor control system
- Send detailed BOM of parts which we need to buy
- Send detailed instructions on how to install the parts and the system in general
- Integration of a remote control functionality (Via smart life or any other internet-based method..)
- Integration of a local control interface (Open and Close Gate)
The system should operate as follows:
- The water level is continuously monitored by the sensor.
- If the water level exceeds a "normal value", the channel gate opens gradually. The degree of opening depends on the water level.
- In cases of moderate increases in water level, the channel gate opens a small section.
- If the water level continues to rise, the gate opens further until the water level falls.
- Once the "normal value" is reached, the channel gate closes.

Ideal Skills:
- Expertise in home automation systems
- Experience with actuator motors and their control
- Proficiency in designing remote control systems
- Prior work involving channel penstocks is a plus
