I'm seeking a professional with extensive expertise in SAP B1 integration and ZATCA systems for the second phase of my KSA e-Invoicing project. (provide the Additional Function (Add On) for SAP Business One which will cover the all requirements from ZATCA for e-invoicing phase 2, major points are as follows.) Key Requirements: - Integration of the SAP B1 e-invoicing solution with ZATCA’s systems, specifically for invoice generation and submission. - Generation of invoices in XML format. - Storage of e-invoices. -Attachment Path configuration. Storage of e-invoices -Take care of Additional mandatory/optional fields as per ZATCA requirements for both Screen level and layout level for example QR Code. -. Following functions should be prohibited. a. Allowing uncontrolled access. b. Tampering of e-invoices or their associated notes. c. Allowing the issuance of multiple invoice sequences. d. Allowing time change or modification of time stamp value. - Invoices/Notes Layouts as per ZATCA. - Generation of UBL 2.1 XML. - Validation and Integration with ZATCA. - Customer Onboarding with Electronic Generation Solution (EGS). -Live with ZATCA. - Inclusion of specific data fields in the XML invoices: product details and pricing, customer information, payment terms and conditions all E-invoice requirement . The ideal candidate would have: - Proven experience with SAP B1 and ZATCA systems. - In-depth understanding of e-invoicing and tax compliance in Saudi Arabia. - Excellent skills in XML and data integration.
