Architectural & Structural Drawings for Porch

I am looking for detailed architectural and structural stamped engineer drawings for a screened-in porch. - Dimensions: The porch will be 20 x 10 and attached to the rear of my existing home. - Foundation: There is a crawl space foundation. - Framing: The porch will require stick framing, including roof rafters. - Materials: I prefer the use of wood for the porch structure. - Design: The porch will include a screen with picket railings, a screen door, and straight steps leading to the outside of the screen porch. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing detailed architectural drawings that cover elevations of the side and rear, a floor plan, a plot plan (we may be able to get that), a roof plan, specs, and code notes and details where needed. - Supplying structural stamped engineer drawings that encompass the ceiling framing plan, roof framing, foundation, and floor framing plans. - Including structural details along with structural notes. Ideal candidates should have: - Proven experience in creating detailed architectural and structural drawings. - A strong understanding of building codes and regulations. - Excellent skills in stick framing and wood structure design.
