Update React Native App for Playstore

I'm seeking a skilled developer to update my React Native application and prepare it for upload to the Playstore.
Your tasks will include:
- Upgrading all outdated packages to their latest versions
- Replacing any deprecated packages with their supported alternatives
- Updating the React Native version to the latest stable release
- Updating the Android API version to 35
- Ensuring that the app can be built for iOS without any deep-level changes
Post-update, please ensure that the app is fully functional and compatible with the latest Android standards.
Experience with React Native and Playstore submissions is preferred. Please note that there are no specific packages that need to be prioritized for the update, all outdated packages should be updated. Also, I'm unsure if there are any custom features that might need special attention during the update, so a thorough review of the app code is necessary.
For testing, I prefer manual testing to ensure the app is fully functional after updates.
