I'm looking to kickstart a delivery business and need a basic app for it. The app's primary function will be facilitating customer ordering.
Key Features:
- Customer Ordering Interface: The app should have a user-friendly interface for product search and selection, a cart, and options for order history and payment.
- Delivery Driver Management: This includes GPS tracking, assignment of deliveries, driver performance analytics, and order confirmation.
- Include push notifications to alert customers about order status, promotions, or updates.
- Add profile management for customers and delivery drivers, including personal information, preferences, and contact details.
- Enable customers to rate and review delivery drivers and the overall service for feedback and quality improvement.
- Implement an in-app chat feature for communication between customers and delivery drivers.
- Allow customers to schedule deliveries for a future date and time.
- Provide real-time order tracking from dispatch to delivery.
- Implement an inventory management system for keeping track of available products.
- Include a customer support feature, such as a help center or live support, to address queries and issues.
