3D/2D Realistic Designs for 85-Unit Apartment

Creating realistic 2D and 3D designs my 85-unit apartment community. I will provide:

1. Construction Plans including architectural drawings, site plans, and any dimensional details.

2. Material Specifications: detailed information on exterior materials (e.g., siding, roofing, windows, doors, and trims), including textures, colors, and brands.

I'm requesting 2D Design to include:

1. Elevation Views: Front, side, and rear views of both ranch-style and townhome-style units.

2. Material Placement: Clearly show how the specified materials will look on the facades.

3D Rendering:

1. Photorealistic Visuals: Create lifelike renders with realistic lighting and shadows to simulate various times of day.

2. Perspective Views: Include angles showcasing the overall community layout and detailed close-ups of individual units.

3. Environment Integration: Add landscaping, pathways, parking areas, and outdoor spaces for context.

I will need High-resolution images for presentations.

Also, Interactive 3D models (optional) that allow rotation and zoom.
