Web Templates

I am looking for graphical artists and web developers who can design Headers and Footers for web sites The ideal RAC candidate will be someone with whom I could move forward with in future work for graphical designs, templates, customizations, and potentially logos. *The Scope* What I am basically after is the ‘skin’ that can be applied on top of the ASP.NET application and HTML ‘skeleton'. The focus is on Headers and/or content boxes. See Attachment for further details I am not a Photoshop user or web designer in the truest sense. However I have played with Photoshop and some other tools and I see the potential to having a single core design that can be rendered into dozens of templates based on changing colours, gradients, header images, and generally turning on/off things (I do realize that is a bit of an oversimplification). Ideally, the Header should be fairly non cluttered and have space reserved for 1) A Company Logo 2) Banner Ads *Deliverables* 1. PhotoShop Originals (I am using Photoshop 7 for Windows) (with Layers intact) of at least 3 (three) separate headers with the following dimensions (600 x 100 pixels) 2. Tutorial like instructions (along with a JPG sample) showing how an existing Header can be converted into a different colour scheme (see Sample B below for a header with two different colours, Sample C showing 4 different variations with different logos (from Microsoft site) 3. Font Files (if fonts (non standard) are used) These layouts may be modified, deployed, or sold as templates at my discretion, therefore any stock images used in Headings, Banners etc. need to be cleared for this use. See Attachment for further details ## Deliverables 1) Deliverables as listed above as well as, 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Photoshop for Windows 7
