Hi Folks,

I am looking for someone that has already created a nice looking semi-feature rich Text Editor.

PLEASE NOTE: I AM NOT LOOKING FOR THIS TO BE CREATED FROM SCRATCH.

If you have say 80-90% done then that is acceptable to show me a demo and then include the rest of the features in final deliverables.

Must meet the following criteria:

- vb.net (preferred or must be easily converted to vb.net)

- Nice looking menu/ribbon

- New / Save / Load

- Cut / Copy / Paste

- Basic Formatting

- Find / Find Replace

- Allow user to 'double click' a word, which will then open up a drop down of 'associated words' which the user can then select an item from the list and it will replace the selected word.
