I am seeking an intermediate-level virtual assistant to help me manage my Airbnb property. The tasks will include managing bookings, communicating with guests, and coordinating property maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing bookings: This includes updating availability, handling cancellations, and optimizing pricing.
- Guest communication: You will be the point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay. This includes answering inquiries, providing information about the property and the area, and handling any issues that may arise.
- Property maintenance coordination: You will be responsible for coordinating with maintenance staff or service providers to ensure the property is well-kept and any issues are addressed promptly.
Current Tools:
I currently use Excel or similar spreadsheets for managing my Airbnb property. Proficiency in Excel is a must.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience working as a virtual assistant, particularly in the hospitality sector, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will be interacting with guests on a regular basis.
- Basic knowledge of property maintenance is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel is required, and experience with other property management software is a plus.
I am looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and has a good understanding of the Airbnb platform and the requirements of managing a short-term rental property.
