I need an experienced Accountant who is familiar in using Intuit Quick-books and can do in depth detail accounting for my Amazon account. To ensure all inventory sent to Amazon has been either sold, returned or paid / reimbursed by Amazon. You would import data from Amazon account into Intuit Quick-books so we can review Profit and loss statement / Balance sheet and file our yearly taxes. I am open to use third party integration to import all data to avoid manual entries. I need a regular candidate for ongoing support that can work with us long term. With help of Quickbook Imports or other integration all manual entry is eliminated and your job becomes easy to simply categorize items and reconcile inventory via FIFO method. This specific project is a test phase for my candidate, Testing phase has 2700 transactions and if you are selected then I will give you two additional projects with 12k transaction each. Company only has 1 vendor, 1 Bank account and 1 Credit card. Bank account only has 4 transactions every month: 2 where Amazon settlement came in and 2 where we paid our vendor Credit card only has 3 – 4 transactions every month where we paid for Amazon fees, Phone, Shipping. There are no payrolls or other expenses at the most, Sales tax and few Administrative fees. If you are good and fast then I feel you can finish this task in 20 - 25 hours so please bid accordingly.
