Project Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced web developer to create a website for our nonprofit organization, APAC HS Booster, Inc. The website will serve as an online presence for the Anaheim High School Performing Arts Programs, including theater, choir, dance, and the Booster Club. Our goal is to provide an engaging, user-friendly, and functional website to support our students, promote events, and provide an easy way for the community to donate and volunteer.

Key Features & Requirements:

Platform & Hosting:

The website will be hosted on Hostinger (already set up).
We are open to using popular CMS platforms like WordPress, but we are open to other solutions that are easy to update.
Sections of the Website:

Home Page: Introduction to the Anaheim High School Performing Arts Programs and the Booster Club.
Theater, Choir, and Dance Sections: Separate pages for each performing arts program, highlighting upcoming performances, student achievements, and any other relevant information.
Booster Club Section: Information about the Booster Club, its mission, how people can join, and how they can contribute to supporting the students.
Event & Ticketing Section: A page or calendar with a list of upcoming performances and events. Guests should be able to purchase tickets directly through the website. Integration with a payment processor like PayPal, Stripe, or similar is required.
Volunteer Sign-Up: A form or system for people to sign up to volunteer at events. This could be integrated with a simple database or a third-party tool like Google Forms or Typeform.
Donation Section: A section for users to make donations directly to the Booster Club. It should include options for one-time or recurring donations. Integration with a payment processor (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) is required.
Contact Page: A form for inquiries or general questions, including contact information for the organization.
Design & User Experience:

The website should have a clean, modern design that aligns with the arts programs and appeals to both students and their families.
The focus should be on supporting the students—highlighting the importance of their performances, achievements, and how the community can help them succeed.
A responsive design that works well on both desktop and mobile devices.
Easy-to-navigate layout, with clear call-to-action buttons for donations, volunteer sign-ups, and ticket purchases.

We would like to integrate social media links, such as Instagram and Facebook, to showcase student performances and events.

Timeline:
We are looking to have the website completed within 2-3 weeks from the start of the project.

Budget:
We are open to reasonable bids.

Required Skills:
Experience with website development, particularly for nonprofit organizations or schools.
Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla) and e-commerce integration.
