Contest Brief

I'm looking for a logo for my barbershop/home office, named "Business and Blades". The logo should be gold or have gold accents, as it will be displayed on a sign in a black-painted room. It's important that the logo conveys both sophistication and masculinity, with a balanced emphasis on both.

- Style: I'm open to modern, vintage, and classic styles, so I would appreciate your creative input on which style may work best.
- Icons: I'm open to incorporating any of the following symbols: a razor blade, scissors, or a barber pole. I would like to see how these can be creatively integrated into the design.
- Color: Gold/gold accents are key to the design, to ensure visibility and contrast against the black background.

The ideal candidate for this project would be a graphic designer with a strong portfolio in logo design, particularly for barbershops or similar businesses. Experience in designing for a specific colour scheme and understanding of how to convey brand identity through design is essential. I look forward to seeing your unique interpretations for this project.
