How does the 3% fee work?
The 3% fee for freelancers and 0% fee for clients applies when your quote is accepted by a client who has not hired any other user on Freelancer.com. This discount also applies to all future projects between the freelancer and client! More information can be found here.
Who can send a Quote?
Freelancers who have an existing project with a client can send to their client’s Freelancer.com usernames, while freelancers sending quotes to an email address must be payment verified.
What if my client wants to change a quote they have received or I want to amend my quote?
If you need to amend a quote - cancel the old quote and send a new one!
Can a freelancer send quotes to multiple clients at once?
Yes. However, there is a limit of 100 pending quotes per account and a maximum of 3 per client.
Can anyone accept my quote if they have access to the link or email?
Yes, as long as they have an account on Freelancer.com, they can accept and reject the quote.
