76231 Site Brush-Up

I'd like someone to insert some high res colour images on the site [login to view URL] like the ones that can be found on www.costalaw.com. The basic layout should remain. The lady with the eye needs to be replaced with something more appropriate and images inserted on all pages to fit the topic of the page. Also, the home page layout needs to be redone and a marquee inserted (with the text coming onto the page as if being typed by someone) containing quotes. Any other suggestions would be welcome. Please DO NOT bid if you cannot show a portfolio including images that you'll be using on this site and if you want advanced payment.
