Redesign existing Joomla site

Looking for designer to redo a frontend for an existing Joomla based site. Client is a consulting firm Design can be modification of the existing (stock/free) template, or start from scratch. It will be relatively simple, but it should be a professional, serious business site. A few design elements and the company logo exist already, I would like the interface cleaned up a bit and the following: -Basic style/stylesheet applied (Titles, fonts, etc) -Basic page layout (spacing, justification, placement of photos and graphical elements) The only real complexity is that the company has two separate business units and it has to be visually clear which one a visitor is looking at -- maybe by subtle color or shading changes or some other mechanism. In addition to experience with professional site design, this job requires excellent English - I would like to communicate well about the project Please send samples of similar type work. I am NOT interested in cartoon, graffiti, hip-hop, goth etc. style samples for this job.
