streaming videographer wanted for a 2week job in Florence

Hello,

We are filming a 2 week live streaming event in Florence starting on 18 november.

We have a budget of 15000EUR and we need 1 assistent + rental of following equipment.

Audio:

1 Two Speaker Nexo PA System 3.00

2 Shure QLXD4 Lapel tie clip radio microphone 3.00

2 Shure QLXD4 Hand held radio microphone 3.00

1 Pc audio adapter 3.00

Visuals:

1 Laptop

1 Logitech Pc remote Presenter 3.00

1 Analog Way SPX450 Seamless Mixer 3.00

3 80" HD Flat Screen 3.00

1 ATEM Mini Extreme ISO 3.00

We will be having 2 speakers who need to be able to have a live conversation through Zoom.

25 guests will attend this event.

We will require the following:

· Lower thirds – for presenter names and Q&A details

· Holding slides to display as the waiting room opens but before we go live.

· The ability to show slides as requested. (We should be able to adjust the size of the slide feed in comparison to the live feed of the speaker.)

We must have 3 televisions

· 1 mounted behind us, the speaker, to show slides

· 1 mounted at the back of the room, so we can see the faces of the online participants.

· 1 small at the font, facing 2 speakers, so they can see themselves.
