Complete wordpress website xfer from one host to another

We have a website on heart internet extendcp platform, where all worked fine except the gallery plugin because that uses loopback, and heart extendcp shared servers do not allow this. So I paid Heart Internet to move it to another of our hosting accounts that uses cPanel, having confirmed it will work there. The site is moved, but the gallery plugin does not work. I can probably fix that but also, the [login to view URL] is no longer a recognised URL. I don't have the FTP details for the new site, nor how to get access to them etc., all I have is the WHM login. The host Heart assures me that through WHM all these details can be got. The job please is to: Ensure wp-admin/ is accessible, and give me the login URL and U and P Give me the details of how to access the emails for this client, so I can get them set up their end, and ensure email redirects are handled on the same way as before. Give me all cPanel access, PhPMyAdmin, Email, etc... I can provide for you: The new hosts WHM login The previous web hosts login for extendcp, PHPMyAdmin, MySQL and extendCP - the equivalent of cPanel, and FTP access. This is an urgent job - which must reflect in your bid. We only look at bids from people with experience who can also demonstrate they have read this brief rather than pasted a bog standard, generic reply.
