Fix PHP Email Dispatch Issue

I'm having problems with my PHP script about email sending and need a professional to help me solve it.
The specific issue I'm experiencing involves emails not being sent, php code incorrect, email transaction time slow(16 sec). I tried to troubleshoot and kind of having some clue. My PHP email script is hosted on a Go daddy cpanel.
I would appreciate working with someone who:
- Has substantial experience in PHP language
- Has a deep understanding of PHP mailing systems and their common issues
- Has knowledge on wordpress and woocommerce
- Can proficiently troubleshoot and solve mail dispatch issues
- Has knowledge on web hosting services
Job milestone:
1/ Fix 4 websites (same website just different language and little difference on email sending flow) email sending problem. All sites needs to be able to send 4 emails when client purchased: order received email, order confirmation email, email with e-book, back up email with e-book
2/Help insert SMTP codes(the clue to fix 1/) into websites php script
2/fix long transaction time. After purchased, Me and client needs to wait too long to receive email. It is not instant.
3/Fix other issues found on the way.
End result : all websites send and receive emails successfully and instantly, no need to worry anymore.
I need someone who is expert in php, and php email related coding experience. I need someone who can fix the long transaction time too, which might involve server side fixing.
Looking forward to resolving this problem and ensuring my email system works seamlessly.
