I want to send Push Notifications to residents of certain streets.
The user will receive a Push Notification only if he is a resident of the specific street he chose when he signed up to receive Push Notifications.
How it should work:
When the user visits a certain www, he is asked if he wants to receive notifications.
After that he sees the list of streets, which the administrator has set.
The user selects one or more streets.
When the administrator sends a notification, he chooses which streets will receive the notification.
Only users who have chosen that street will receive the notification.
Instead of streets, it is necessary that they can be districts or cities.
When the administrator makes a list of which streets will receive notifications, he can do so from the drop-down list or by pasting the streets copied from some list (eg from Word)
In addition to the text, the message must also contain a linkable photo.
It needs to work on Android and iOS devices.
It can be in the form of a WordPress plugin.
