I need a skilled developer to make some enhancements to my existing ticketing system. Ticket system has been built on code ignitor
- Enable Canned Responses: Currently, the system only allows canned responses when a ticket has at least one reply. I want to enable this feature while creating a ticket to improve response efficiency, standardize responses, and save time by reducing manual typing. When a canned response is selected, I expect it to automatically fill in the response field with the selected canned response.
- Additional CC Email Field: I need an additional field to be created in the ticket system that allows users to add multiple email addresses to be CC'ed. This will help in keeping all concerned parties informed about the ticket progress.
- Add checkbox to select multiple tickets for deletions.
