Enable detailed service history tracking for each vehicle. Include reminder notifications for upcoming services and maintenance. The app should have a minimalistic design theme. Integrate a payment gateway for service payments (credit card, debit card; open to suggestions). Include basic user authentication. This application is designed to manage unit information, maintenance schedules, and daily inspections. It allows users to track essential data regarding units through QR code scanning and provides detailed information for each unit. The app includes a subscription model, enabling external companies to access its features for managing their own units. Requirements: We need both a web application and a mobile app. There are two ways to create the mobile app: 1. Convert the web app to a mobile app using specific packages. 1. Super Admin Functionalities :- • Create and Manage Marketing Page - o Add details of the application’s features and services. o Update content to attract potential companies to purchase subscriptions. • Add Company Login - o Create company accounts with their login details. • Manage Subscription Plans - o The Super Admin can create and configure different subscription plans. o Define the features available in each plan. o An integrated payment gateway ensures secure transactions for purchasing and renewing subscriptions. • View Companies - o View a list of companies and their subscription statuses. o View details such as subscription plan, purchase date, and renewal date of the companies. 2. Company Login Functionalities :- • Registration for Subscription - o Fill out a registration form to purchase a subscription. o Choose a suitable subscription plan. o Complete payment through integrated payment gateways. o Receive login credentials upon successful registration. o Company admins can access a dashboard to view subscription details, including:  Current plan information.  Payment history.  Renewal dates and status. o Company Admins to upgrade or change subscription plans as needed. o Upon nearing the subscription expiration date, company admins will receive automated reminders for renewal. o Company Admin can cancel the Subscription. • Login Module - Login using: o Email o Password • Add Company Details - o Form to add or update the company’s information. o Includes fields such as company name, address, contact information, and description. • Add Users (CRUD Operations) - o Form to add users:  Name  Role (eg:-Technicians)  Other relevant information o List users with options to view, edit, or delete user information. o Features:  Pagination.  Filtering users by name or role. • Add Categories and Unit items for Check - o Admin can add categories for units. o Admin can add items for daily checks. • Add Units (CRUD Operations) - o Form to add units:  Unit name  Model  Other relevant information  Select category (e.g., vehicle, machinery)  Select items for daily checks (e.g., engine oil, tire condition)  Option to add new items for daily checks, if not listed. • List units - o List units name, mode with options to view, edit, or delete . o Access "Unit Daily Check" and "Maintenance" pages. o Features:  Filtering units by category or name.  Pagination. • View Units - o View the detailed information of each unit.. o Access "Unit Daily Check" and "Maintenance" pages. o Download QR Code ,When clicked, this button: • Provides the option to download the QR code in a printable format . • The QR code can be printed and attached to the unit for easy scanning and access to the unit's information. • Units Daily Check - o Conducts daily inspections of units to ensure all components are in proper working condition. o Generates a daily status report based on the logged inspection data. • Maintenance Management - o Can view the maintenance history and status for the unit. o After the service is performed, the admin can update the maintenance status. o Displays maintenance history for reference.  Which unit received maintenance.  Technician's name.  Service cost.  Date of service.  Last service date  Next scheduled service date o Displays reminders for upcoming maintenance 5 days before the service date. 3. User Functionality :- • Accessing Unit Details - o "View Units" section from the dashboard. o Select a unit from the list to open its detailed information page. • Performing a Daily Check or Viewing Maintenance - o "Unit Daily Check" to inspect and log the status of check items. o "Maintenance" to review past services or update maintenance records. o View reminders for upcoming maintenance. • Scan QR code - o It allows users to track essential data regarding units through QR code scanning • Planning, Discussion and Reporting • UI Design Time • Testing and debugging • Setup it on Play Store and App Store
