sending and receiving payments

I have MS Access applications and looking to send Api token to heartland/global so that i can send a text or email to client to click on and pay. Then I would like to be able to retrieve the payment via Api so that I can import into my MS access system. If I can generate a text file to import I can do all the MS access stuff of exporting and importing just need a way to send and receive charges and payment info to cloud for client to pay. If you have no experience in this please down apply for the job I'm going to want to see real demo thank you. I use heartland/ global integrated so has to be for that.
