Job Description:
As a Remote Setter/Closer, you will play a crucial role in generating and closing new business opportunities. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients, initiate conversations, and secure new contracts. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the IT industry.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential clients through research and outreach.
- Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media.
- Schedule and conduct virtual meetings to understand client needs and present our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Close sales and secure contracts for staff augmentation services.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Schedule a minimum of 75 potential meetings per month.
- Achieve a monthly revenue target of $50,000 USD.
- Maintain a conversion value of $10,000 from meetings to closed deals.
- Provide weekly reports on outreach activities and progress.
Payment Structure:
- Payment will be milestone-based.
- Each milestone equals 10 qualified meetings.
- Commission on conversions will be awarded.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the IT or staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of the US and UK IT markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing your own schedule and workload.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in staff augmentation or IT media services.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
