Payment Terms: $30 per week, totaling $120 CAD per month. Payment is guaranteed even if no tasks are assigned during the week, as long as my work is prioritized. Some weeks, however, may include up to three tasks with no hour limit, but the payment remains fixed to balance lighter weeks. There is no limit to hours spent on these tasks, due to the weeks with payment for no work assigned. Please do not bid if you do not accept this clause. Potential for a wage increase after two months (eight weeks). Task Management: A monthly spreadsheet will be provided with deadlines, priority rankings, and minimum allowable timelines. Communication is required if you need extra time. A maximum of three extensions will be granted; illegitimate or untrusted reasons may lead to termination. Types of Tasks: Creating spreadsheets and conducting research based on detailed PDF instructions. Working on websites and tailoring resumes. Building client lists for cold calling using specific criteria. Cleaning up and formatting documents. Creating product mockups and filling out SEO details in product spreadsheets. Attending LinkedIn lectures (paid for by me) and summarizing notes in a PDF. Various other tasks as needed. Software Requirements: List any programs in your bid that you have access to that can help with the work. Examples include Canva, Adobe Photoshop, LinkedIn courses, Microsoft programs, ChatGPT or other AI tools (specify which ones), and mockup software. While lacking certain programs doesn’t disqualify you, having them is an asset. Performance Expectations: You must be able to follow detailed instructions and complete tasks independently. While occasional clarification is acceptable, constant or excessive questions are not. The provided instructions will be thorough and should allow you to perform tasks efficiently without ongoing guidance. Technical Requirements: A phone for cold calling. Access to Microsoft Word and Excel. Fluency in English (reading and writing). Ability to handle conflicting priorities from other commitments. Special Note for High School Students: High school students are eligible but must prioritize schoolwork. Clear communication is required during exams or major assignments. You will still be paid during these periods, but no tasks will be assigned. A maximum of one study week is allowed every six months. Gratuity tips will be provided for exceptional performance. Missed deadlines without valid reasons will result in termination of the agreement.
