Administrative assistant for KYC & AML
$2-8 USD / hour
You will send leads pre-made emails, with information on legal services and respond to their questions (a list of standard answers will be provided).
Furthermore, you will arrange calls and virtual meetings with those leads (using my calendly app). You will make sure the database and customer interactions are up to date in our CRM. (Meaning you will make sure to write and report every thing that you do.)
Afterwards, you will process KYC and AML paperwork (you will request information from clients and fill up forms, such as bank account applications) and will follow up on the status of applications with different institutions until the accounts are open. (you will, again, report every time you do this and the status of the different applications)
You speak nearly perfect english, are very outspoken and super organized. You live in GMT 0 or less (GMT -1 through GMT -8). (This means if you live in India, Pakistan, China, I will NOT hire you as it is very important for our clients that we are in similar time zones)
This is a part time job and will be ongoing.
