Outsourcing my American customer service job

I am looking to outsource my job as soon as I get it. You will have access to the jobs training. Looking for a long term commitment starting at 1 year minimum to 5 years and beyond. For either a full time (40 hours) or part time (typically 20 hours) a week.
It will be a remote customer service role, English with conversational or native fluency is required.

Jan 13 - U.S. law firm Paul Hastings said Friday it is expanding its M&A practice in London with the addition of both global co-heads of Linklaters’ infrastructure group.
Jessamy Gallagher and Stuart Rowson, the firm’s first London hires in 2023, add to its energy and infrastructure capabilities, Paul Hastings said.
At Linklaters, Gallagher and Rowson advised funds and financial sponsors investing in regulated and unregulated asset classes across the infrastructure market, including energy transition and digital infrastructure assets, according to their profiles on the London-founded firm's website.

Promise 1: We keep our wage lower so yours can be higher.
At minimum you will make $6.00 per hour on up to $10.00. Our fee ranges between $1.50 to $5.00 per hour. This is calculated after 35% for taxes are taken out, the remainder will be split in your interest.
Promise 2: Bonuses will be split at a favorable rate.
You take 75% of bonuses. We take 25%. You put in the effort so you should make the most! This is calculated after a 40% supplemental income tax.
Promise 3: We do not split raises, they are 100% yours to keep. This applies to any quarterly/yearly raises, performance based raises, and promotion to a new department.
The 35% tax still applies. (It’s required by our government). If you make so much progress that you go up in tax brackets the 35% will adjust upwards to match the appropriate tax rate.
Promise 4: A yearly bonus of $500.00 paid by me as a thank you.
