I'm facing issues connecting my ESP32 to my Lenovo laptop with AMD Ryzen 5000 and Windows 11. The Arduino IDE isn't sending sketches to the ESP32 due to a COM port problem. I need help configuring the COM port settings so I can connect the ESP32 to a SIM A7670C 4G LTE Development Board for data uploading. I have tried troubleshooting by updating drivers, changing the USB cable or port, and using a different computer, but the COM port is still not recognized by Windows 11.
