2D Cartoonish Animation for Kids

I'm looking for a talented animator who can create engaging 2D animations targeted at children aged 2-5. The animations will need to be in a cartoonish style and aimed at delivering educational content in a fun and captivating way.
Key requirements:
- Fluent In English (location not an issue)
- Experience in creating 2D cartoonish animations
- This will include use of Live human infant of animation via green screen delivered via DaVinci
- Understanding of educational content for preschoolers
- Ability to create engaging, entertaining animations with bright colours
- Creativity in combining fun and learning
- Knowledge of animation software and tools
- Some characters will be needed from time to time but not the main focus.
The ideal freelancer for this project will have a portfolio showcasing previous work in this field and an ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality work.
Each animation should be 3-5 minutes long. But some may be longer.
Songs and voiceovers will be redone along will the green screened human.
