I'm looking for a skilled Android and IOS developer to create an app that connects users with blue-collar workers based on proximity. The app should be user-friendly, minimal, and efficient in finding available workers in the nearby area. The app is basically a mixture of LinkedIn, Zomato/Swiggy and Uber/Ola. Key Features: - Worker Profiles: These should include skills, experience, and availability. - Job Request Postings: Users should be able to post job requests. - In-app Messaging: To facilitate communication between users and workers. - Location Parameter: The app needs to identify users' and workers' locations and set proximity, say to a 3 or 5 km radius - Recruiter Profiles: There should be profiles for recruiters as well. - Ratings: An integrated rating system for users to review workers. - Contact Information and Price: Profiles should display workers' contact information and service prices. - Service Catalogue: A comprehensive list of services provided by workers and the option to search based on the service required. - Sending and Accepting Request Option: Users should be able to send job requests and workers should be able to accept them like OLA and Uber. - Push Notifications: The app should send notifications to users about job requests and updates. - Availability Calendar: Workers should have a calendar to set their availability. - Multi-Language Support: Provide multi-language options to cater to a diverse user base. - Payment Integration: Integrate secure payment methods for job payments. - Job History: Track the history of jobs requested and completed. - Worker Verification: Verify worker identities and credentials to ensure trustworthiness. - User Analytics: Implement analytics to track user and worker activity for improvements. - Customer Support Chat: Integrated chat support for any help or queries users may have. - Feedback Mechanism: Allow users to provide detailed feedback on workers and services.
