Score Cast - Professions Score Keeping

Problem we want to solve: professional fishermen currently capture their scores on a piece of paper and as one can imagine that poses various issues with things getting lost, not able to read peoples hand writing and then waiting a few days for results or someone to manually capture results in a spread sheet and sending all the info.
We want to create an Mobile App / Website that is hosted in AWS, driven with serverless lambda functions that stores the data in a dynamo db that only has one write replicate and about 2 read replicas. Where these scores are captures are also locations where there is intermittent to no signal and therefore will have to use some sort of local cache that will upload the captured data as soon as it can. This would then mean that participants will be able to see the results immediately on their mobiles or website. Scores will also be kept indefinitely to track the career of a professional fisherman.
This app will only be used in South Africa for now. At this stage we would just like to proof the concept before proceeding to look at more detail around access control and all the more advance required stuff.
Prioritize reliable data synchronization even in low connectivity areas. The app should be developed for both iOS and Android platforms. Include real-time score updates in the user interface for immediate visibility. Include push notifications for real-time updates and important alerts. Include leaderboard displays in the user interface for score tracking. Include a robust offline mode to capture scores seamlessly without internet access. Exclude detailed user analytics and reporting features. The app will only support English. Include social sharing features for users to share their scores and achievements on social media platforms. Success will be measured by the accuracy of the captured scores.
