Contest Brief

I'm seeking a skilled web developer to create a informational 5-6 page real estate website for my agency. The site will feature property listings, client testimonials, agency information, and financing options.

Key Sections:
- About Us: Detailing our agency history, how we operate, and our experience
- Products: Showcasing our property listings
- Gallery: Featuring images and videos of our properties
- Contact Us: Providing a way for potential clients to get in touch
- FAQ: Addressing common inquiries
- Home: The main landing page

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio in developing real estate websites, with capabilities in creating property listings and a user-friendly interface. Knowledge of SEO and experience in integrating financing tools will be a significant advantage. Please provide examples of similar projects you've completed.

This is for my client, i Already hired someone else that say very good things about him similar to the ones I would see on these post project, but at the end he was not so good like he said.
SO I dont want to make same mistake, I dont need a super developer crypto website designer, I need more of a graphic design website, something that looks very nice professional and with experience.
Easy to navigate and very professional.
This website is just INFO the most easy website of all.
I need you submit your design website sample, not you resume or info about your expertise.
I will use Weebly as a hosting website server, so i would need your help to make it works over there, is not complicated, it has already several very good tools on the website editor, so I can make this one myself, but i know there are several very good designers here.
This time I need a design for main page so I can choose from; if you can make 2-3 pages better, i just going to make this available 2 days bc i need it now, so we can start working on the real website with real info which should be easy and fast.
I want one long main page so they can scroll up & down, but the pages too.
I attached the logo of the company, main colors are black and gold, white, feel free to make it look super nice and need to impress client so we can get more customers.
SO I would choose winner and then we you finish the website i would liberate the payment, i need to upload to weebly and adjust anything there, i would give you access to edit over there.
Thanks a lot in advance to all great website designers!! look on the file evaluation so you know how this works thanks!! I need to select someone in 2 days not 3, but this system put minimum 3 dyas , so dont wait until the 3rd day.
