REVIEW THE ATTACHMENTS! I'm seeking an architect with a keen eye for modern design to help me conceptualize a double deck based on some reference pictures I've provided. The deck should be made primarily of wood, and incorporate the following elements: a cozy seating area and a luxurious hot tub. I will be REPLACEING the current deck. The bottom deck should be a little larger than the top. The bottom deck will start from the front right side of the house and continue all the way to the back. The top deck will have stairs on the right side and the left going down to the bottom. There are two doors on the right side of the house you should be aware of. please see floor plan for additional information. I have also drawn an idea of what I am looking for. MUST INCLUDE dimensions. I want to see an overview 2d and 3d rendering of your idea.
