Contest Brief

I'm seeking a logo that combines the warehouse name "Manatee Square" with the logo (a manatee) for my client. She is an owner of an Industrial Warehouse with multiple units that tenants rent from her for their business. The type of tenants are companies like painters, woodworking, fencing, car detailers, and other companies that have minimal store front customers, but utilize big spaces for their work. It is located in South Florida, USA. The reason she wants a logo is to put a monument sign on the front of the property so people (tenants, customers, potential tenants) can easily identify it. Attached is an example image that the owner liked.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Experienced in creating combination logos (text and symbol)
- Understanding of the environment of South Florida and Industrial Warehouses that can tailor the logo to these things
