Create pop up modal based on custom post type

Hi,
I'm currently developing a website in WordPress and need to have a pop-up modal begin loaded with data from a CPT when doing an on click action.
I have made a custom post type called "Uurrooster"
In the first screenshot, you see a page with different tiles.
Every tile refers to a different "Uurrooster".
On click, the second screenshot should be loaded with the details of the clicked "Uurrooster".
The structure of this pop-up modal is quite fixed, so I mostly need the functionality of passing some ID to the pop-up as well as how to load the correct data from the "Uurrooster".
If this goes well, I well probably have some other Wordpress work as well
