Gps Demonstration 1

Develop a simple demo apk (Android native) code that will NOT use geo fencing (because google charges me for that) but instead you will write code (or use free services) to use /access directly the gps....Here is the actual task: When I move 50 feet away from the place I registered earlier the location (let’s say that when the apk starts running it takes at that moment the gps coordinate as the reference starting point), app gives me an indication that I crossed the 50 feet away from the “registration location and it will get me some type of indication at that point (sounding a beep or displaying a message). I should be able to register again a location (maybe by closing and re-opening the app) and run again that test. Application should check every 30 seconds for gps coordinate to figure out if I crossed the 50 feet.... Freelancer programmer: I can tell you already that there is an issue you will have to overcome: The issue is, that if I do not move from the place I registered/started (cell phone is not moving) and I ask for gps coordinate to see if I am crossing the 50 feet, even though I did not move at all… many times there is a different gps coordinate that comes back and you think we crossed the 50 feet, even though I did not move. So, your challenge will be to overcome this issue by putting some filter, adjusting the 3rd parameter of the gps or any other solution... again, it is only a simple demo apk (no need to post it anywhere except my phone), for testing, just an exercise...I expect this effort to take only few hours and again not to use any services that I have to pay for (google’s geo fencing is not free….)
