Logo and avatar design for one website

Hi I need a website header logo design. The logo will include the name of the site, redesigned in an interesting and unique way.

The designer should produce five mockup logos concepts (rough drawings / explanations) of which I will approve one, which the designer will then complete.

The site will also need a square avatar for twitter profiles and suchlike. This may just be website abbreviation, e.g. Jay Z website ROC4LIFE logo twitter avatar is R4L

Preference will be given to those with experience, and if you can draw it is a bonus as the initial design will be drawing rather than graphics based
