Incomplete MVP to Launched Site

I'm looking for an experienced developer to help complete my heavily documented site and move it from rough MVP to an evantually a launched site. The primary goal of the site is to enable easy access to data through visualizations and dashboards. This project involves completing a basic freemium model membership site that lists service offerings.
