Description: We are seeking an experienced Financial Modeling Consultant with in-depth knowledge of affordable housing development, specifically in the state of Florida. Provide insights into compliance requirements for state and federal funding programs (e.g., LIHTC, HUD). Help us structure the model to include development costs, funding sources, operational projections, and contingencies. Offer strategic advice on financial decisions and project feasibility. Qualifications: Proven experience in financial modeling for affordable housing development. Strong understanding of affordable housing funding programs, grants, and tax incentives in Florida. Expertise in developing pro forma models and subsidy layering. Familiarity with compliance and reporting requirements for state and federal programs. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
