Start-up experience. Common threats are operational and financial management, reporting, financing, risk & control, process optimisation and project management. Independent, critical mind with excellent analytical skills and vast, broad knowledge that can bring complex questions back to their core, identify strength and weaknesses and find innovative, out-of-the-box solutions. I think in possibilities and have a strong focus on results. In various Due Diligence / BPO projects and securitisations I showed that I am at ease with tight time schedules while never losing the overall picture out of sight. When leading the changes in I demonstrated the ability to implement the changes needed to adapt (parts of) an organisation to a changed environment.
