This is the second time I have worked with Muhammad and this time, what stood out was the willingness to amend some of the work to improve quality of the final output. It wasn't that the first delivery was wrong, but more that we both learned as we did the work how we could improve it. That is exactly the approach I want to see when I work with people.

Good communication and clarity saught when needed. Updated the output to meet requirements without any pushback or complaints. Good to work with and very likely to complete some more similar work.

Project was to be completed within 2 days. I provided all details and materials on June 5th (bidder stated they only needed the two themes and details) but as of June 10th the project has yet to be completed. It turned out they do not have a PayPal account even though in the project details I clearly stated "I will issue the payment via PayPal once the job is completed and everything works smoothly". They suggested we use Escrow instead but after expressing my concerns regarding the $25 fee for a $35 project they were kind enough to suggest that I make the payment in conjunction with the payment for the next project I award them. I replied saying I may not need anymore work done in the future so I can pay them via Western Union instead if it was okay on their end. I sent that e-mail on June 7th and have yet to receive a response. I sent 2 other e-mails on June 9th and 10th requesting a status update on the project but have yet to see a response nor any progress on my site.

The WordPress theme was exactly what we asked for. Quick delivery and excellent communication. Thanks again.
