Build a Cross Reference Tool for a Wordpress site

I need to build a conversion tool for my Wordpress site that would allow a customer to enter a competitor part number and would pull up my company’s equivalent part number and details. I’d like it to show a photo, description and dimensions of my company’s equivalent along with a link to our catalog page and a link to request a quote. The cross reference should have an admin tool so that I can manage the list of part numbers. At this time, I do not want to list our prices, but I need that to be a future option.
The search should suggest part numbers as the customer begins typing. It should be a broad match search in case the part number is typed incorrectly.
