Certbox and PostFix Expert Needed

I need a professional who is well-versed in both Certbox and PostFix. The project involves resolving a couple of issues that are currently affecting my Linux server.
This Postfix server was working perfectly. For in-house political reasons we had to rename the Postfix server name. Now the Postfix SSLCert does not match its name. Clients are refusing to connect.
We need a snake-oil certificate generated that matches the Postfix server name and then installed in Postfix.
I have reviewed the steps and this looks like a 20 minute job. However, since this is a production server, I want someone who understands the tech better than me to do the update.
